Fees and Insurance:
Initial intake appointent: $200
55-minute therapy appointment: $175
I am paneled with Regence/BCBS, Pacific Source, Moda, Aetna and OHP. I can also send you a Superbill with our session information if you would like to bill for out of network services. Please contact your insurance company prior to our first appointment to confirm coverage including deductible and copay information.
Please note that billing your insurance means I am required to provide a diagnosis for services to be covered. If you are uncomfortable with having a diagnosis, we can discuss private pay options.
As part of the No Surprises Act, individuals who use self pay for services are entitled to a good faith estimate. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
