Therapy with nature in mind
Helping you feel grounded by reflecting on your personal experience within our collective context - integrating dream work, exploration of the past, awareness of the present and intention for the future. Now offering virtual and outdoor sessions for Oregon and Washington residents.

My practice focuses on supporting people who are:
Struggling with overwhelm, stress and grief around the state of the world
Feeling out of touch with their deepest dreams and values
Dealing with life transitions in relationships, work, sense of purpose
The above scenarios may manifest internally in the form of depression, anxiety, grief, burnout and feeling disconnected from yourself and others.

We may be a good fit working together if you relate to any of the following:
The pressure to hold everything all the time makes you want to curl up and hide from the world
It’s hard to recognize your needs and desires amidst the constant demands around you
You care deeply about your family, community and Earth, but feel too burned out to participate in these relationships the way you’d like
Your current life path feels out of alignment with your values and the future you’d like to help build
You feel so much grief and fear around climate change that you now feel pain spending time in the outdoor spaces you love
-
You may feel pressure to live “your best life” based on external demands around you. The good news is therapy helps expand this pursuit into a more realistic and personalized process in which there is not one single best life path for you to “discover” - rather, there is energy within you already moving you in a direction which contains a multitude of possible outcomes. This part of you is likely in need of some extra attention to clarify where you’d like to land.
